Cambridge Photography - Ordering Details

Items will usually be shipped within 5 working days of when the order is placed. Shipping is by U.S. Mail. Customers may request other shipping methods (Federal Express, UPS, etc.), all additional shipping charges will be passed along to the customer.

Shipping limits:

We will ship anywhere in the world! Shipping fees will be determined by Cambridge Photography, Inc. and options discussed with the customer.

Customer guarantee:

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your fine art photographic print order. If not satisfied, return your order within 18 days from shipping date to receive a refund.

Return policy:

You may return a fine art photographic print for refund or replacement within 18 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges to and from our Greeley, Colorado studios are non refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. All items must be received in new, undamaged, condition in order to receive a refund. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns of fine art photos. If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

Return of Damaged Goods:

We will gladly replace fine art photographic prints which are damaged in shipment as long as you observe the following: Please open and inspect shipments immediately upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipment from our Greeley, Colorado studios that are not discovered by you within 18 days of the shipping date. If a fine art photo is received in a damaged condition please call us for return instructions at 800-934-8125. We cannot replace damaged items unless you call for a return authorization first.

Online orders are limited to major credit cards, American Express, Visa or Master Card. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
